Stailee Seubert, Twin Arbor Laboratory Account Manager
Tell us a bit about Twin Arbor Labs — what kind of testing do you do, and who do you typically work with?
Twin Arbor Labs is a quality control testing laboratory for consumer products located on the central coast of California. We provide both analytical and microbial testing services to four main industries: supplements, cosmetics, food, and beverage. Our clients range in experience from first time business owners to large scale manufacturers.
What sets your lab apart? What’s your team especially proud of?
Our clients, regardless of size, will receive the same support throughout their testing experience. We know the importance of creating and maintaining partnerships in this line of work, and we do our best to create an environment where each and every client feels valued.
How did your partnership with SimpleLab come about?
Daniel brought us the opportunity to partner with SimpleLab. Offering us a way for clients to easily access some of our most sought after quality control tests.
How are you currently working with SimpleLab, and what do you see as the biggest benefit so far?
We partner with SimpleLab to streamline more clients to us for quality control testing. We hope the most valuable aspect of the partnership would be potential for increased client accessibility to the tests we offer.
What would you say to other labs or businesses who are thinking about working with SimpleLab?
