Specialized test for microplastic particle count and polymer identification in one (1) non-potable water sample. Particles between 1 micron (μm) and 10μm are reported as presence/absence and particles 10μm and larger are quantified and polymer types are identified.
Please note: The smallest sizes of microplastics are typically the most difficult to detect but they are the most abundant. Methods for microplastics analysis are rapidly improving and inter-lab comparisons can be difficult.
