How do I know if I’m eligible to submit a claim for the Settlement Class?
- has one or more Impacted Water Sources as of the Settlement Date; or
- does not have one or more Impacted Water Sources as of the Settlement Date, and
- is required to test for certain PFAS under UCMR-5, or
- serves more than 3,300 people, per SDWIS.

Generally, prior to sampling you'll want to avoid wearing clothing or shoes containing waterproof materials, avoid applying cosmetics or other personal care products, or eating fast food or other pre-wrapped snacks.
